Halmstad • Full-scope renovation under BKR standards with quality certification
In this project, we executed a complete overhaul of a 10 sq.m bathroom in a Halmstad villa. The floor plan was redesigned to introduce a open walk-in shower, underfloor heating, and concealed plumbing lines.

Our core objective was replacing outdated cast iron pipes and running new concealed pipe-in-pipe systems adhering to Säkert Vatten rules, along with screeding floor slopes toward the shower drain.

Work was performed by certified tilers and plumbers:
- Full demolition of old tiles, wallboards, and cast iron pipes.
- Installing new water manifolds and hidden composite piping.
- Installing electric underfloor heating with a programmable thermostat.
- Pouring floor screed slopes and applying BKR-approved liquid waterproofing membranes.
- Tiling with large-format natural stone effect porcelain tiles (60x60 cm).
- Installing wall-hung toilet, oak vanity, and built-in brass fixtures.
- Fitting clear glass shower enclosures and mechanical ventilation.
