Construction strictly followed Swedish building standards (Byggstandard):
- Pouring 16 concrete footings with adjustable post anchors.
- Assembling load-bearing joists using Class A pressure-treated lumber (45x170 mm).
- Laying Class AB decking boards (28x120 mm) with consistent thermal spacing.
- Securing decking using stainless steel ESSVE C4 screws with countersunk heads.
- Installing custom wood and tempered glass railing for wind protection.
- Fitting recessed step LED lighting around stair perimeters.
